i was wanting to remove my back seat and put two front seats in the back. and just delete the bench seat al together. im sure some of you guys have done this. i can weld no problem so if thats what it needs then i can fabricate some flat bar for it or others material. but do you guys have any other ideas of installing.

It doesn't seem like anyone has done this before, so If I were you, I'd just start digging into the project (measuring, marking etc). I just went outside to look at mine and it looks like you may have to remove the head rests. What are you going to do about the gap between the two seats that will now expose the inside of your rear trunk?

It has been done before, there are write ups and pics to support the process. You need to know what you are looking for though. Search "Rear Bucket Seats" for more info on the subject.

Here is one link with images to kick start your search:

Its a basic task of removing the rear bench and fabrication of rails for the seats. Sealing up the back is up to you, if you are into audio, building up a plexi wall would be nice, if not you would have to fabricate some type of panel.

Good luck with the project.

I don't want to sound rude at all, but I find it hard to believe that none of the threads here on the subject helped you at all in finding ways to put in rear bucket seats, but just in case you missed anything, I hope this helps.
