Too bad I've had mine for almost 2 years now. Would have been nice to get a discount. One thing though, the prices might change if people want custom jobs. The base set with nothing custom is $269.00, wow it has gone up quite a bit since last time. Just wanted to let everyone know that Alex will charge an additional fee for custom work so if you want to GP with people wanting custom 140s it might be harder to work out.
Funny I haven't visited Alex's site in a while and I think it cost me about $200+/- to get the 140 + my GXP theme, although that was two years ago and keep in mind the price obviously includes the CDN gauges (which are 140mph gauges), customized mph overlay and labor.
Just wanted to add in a bit of information if you haven't talked to Alex about a GP price yet.
Depending on price I will be in for next month after the 15th. I'm going to be ordering a Cavalier 140 cluster with a blue LED upgrade. So if you can get the price down let me know. I've got a few things for each of my 3 J's from him. Let me know what you can do.

black cat custom lost the contractor that was reprograming their 14mph cluster so they are looking for a group to help them off set their cost of retooling let me contact black cat and find out what they are pricing for us

depends on the price.. will i get a brand new cluster also? or do i need to ship mine in? because i need a new cluster as my temp needle gets stuck and sucks and it caused my speed to get stuck and now its off by 15 mph.

Well I just wanted to updated everyone. I've bought from Alex a good deal in the past either from HighRev or order from his site in the past. I didn't like to wait, and I'm keeping up on everything with him about things like custom orders with the 140. It seems like if you want something custom it needs to be still a 140 cluster since we need to get orders of them for this company to want to do it. Here is what he asked me to talk to you about.

Well I've not got back anything from Alex yet today. I just db checked my e-mail also to make sure I didn't miss anything. I told him also to maybe sign up for acct here to help himself out on talking to all of us at the same time.
Update from Alex:
I spoke with the speedo shop yesterday and they are willing to do 15. If it is close I will keep the others for stock. The one person who was doing these conversions is no longer there, and the new guy needs to figure out how they were done. I think this is the real reason they did not want to bother doing a few at a time, like before. In the mean time, I am continuing to look into other alternatives, but the quickest way to get this going is if the speedo shop gets their act together. I hope the guys are willing to wait a bit on this because, for the mean time, the programming is out of my hands, and all I can do is keep bugging the speedo shop.
Also as soon as I know I will be updating everything I know the second I read it in my e-mail.
Since that is a different cluster I don't think so. I have never seen anything other then 2000+ 140 clusters.

yeah thats what i thought, i called the BCC dood once and asked about the 95-99's and he said that he doubts he would ever do them in a 140mph deal. which sucks. 95-99 gets the shaft once again
im thinking its got to have something to do with the BCM, god only knows what, but thats the only difference i can see as to why it wouldnt work.
