Power MIrrors !!

Well, I have the switch, and the mirrors, I am just wondering how to get them to work now ? Is their a peice I am missing for these things ? Is it like the locks and windows where it runs back into the BCM ? Or is it all done seprately... As far as i can tell, all that needs to be done is to run wires from the switch to get my power + ground, then route the 3 wires from the passenger side to the drivers side mirror. ? Does anyone else know anything about this ?

Any help is really appreciated .

i had the same issue as you so your post made me go hook it up. like you said just run the wires across to th switch just match the colors. black is the ground and orange is the power wire. just wire that to a key on power source and youve got power mirrors. so thank you for making me get off my a$$ to do this and it helped you out lol

okay well i wrote that when i did the driver mirror and it was fine ran the wires for the pass side and i only had up and right on the pass. so i started playing with wires and i think my switch is fried cuz when i plug the pass mirror to the driver switch it works fine. so i hope it is only my switch that is bad cuz having power mirrors is a nice feature haha

I just pulled up the factory wiring diagram and it is black to ground and orange to keyed 12v. Yellow 22 your problem is most likely in the switch itself. alot of time on mirrors and locks you can take them apart and clean the contacts on the switches. Also make sure you are adding an inline fuse (10 amp) on the orange if you dont go into the factory fuse slot.
