will the clusters swap with little work for the 04 cavalier to the 00 sunfire cluster?
of course the dash and door panels will be swapped too.
is this possible?

they swap with no work (except removing the dash to get to it) you wouldn't have to change the dash either
the clusters from ALL '00+ j-bodies are a direct bolt-in plug and play swap. Only work involved is removing parts to access the cluster itself.
