I have a real problem i have a aftermarket steering wheel on my car and i never bothered to make the horn work so i needed an inspection and had to fix the horn so i took off the steering wheel but i went ghetto and didnt have a steering wheel puller so to get the mount off the steering shaft i used a hammer now the steering wheel just wobbles around and wont stay locked into place so i cant drive my car and i dont have money to get it towed fixed and i really need a car the shaft is just free moving and it will mess up the bearing in there if i try to drive and also the steering wheel tilt wont work right unless i shove a screwdriver up on the latches to engage/release it the little knob by the steering wheel doesnt work.... i dont know if i knocked something lose or if im super screwed and messed the entire thing up if anyone can help me please do... if you need pics i can take them tomorrow its dark now...

not to be an ass because you are probably screwed, IDHK, but maybe we should make a sticky in the maintenance forum with uneditable posts like this one to steer people towards doing things right the first time.
