I can change a 99 instrument cluster for a 2000 ?
The digital miles panel in my sunfire has problems

If you re-wire the car's entire electrical system... yes.

Easily? No.

Just find another 2000...I totally prefer the Ph2 panel as opposed to the Ph1...looks cleaner
