hey j body peps, i am redoing my whole interior. it is alot of work and also i dont like the texture look so i had to sand each and everything down. it started looking sweet. i will post some pictures as soon as i am done.
Interior parts + spray paint =
Really depends which paints you use.... If you get a quality paint, such as SEM... and put a clear on it, it should never really chip unless you randomly beat the @!#$ out of your interior. Mind you, I'm sure automotive paint looks much better, it's just not practical for everyone
There will always be someone faster than you, but thousands slower and dumber than you.
Whenever I think of spray painted interiors I think of gawdy ricer honda's with bright ass yellow or blue guage bezels, and vents.
I hope this isn't the case here....
mine is indigo blue and black with clear on it i used duplicolor looks good but waiting on new racing seats to match
boost is like ice cream, there's always room for it
forget spray paint. I'll just bring my interior parts to my work, and paint all of the stuff there with some nice stuff
Duplicolor paints worked well when i painted my saturn's dash. Just clean the parts well with soapy water to remove armor all and other contaminants and it should work fine. Allow lot of time between coats or you'll end up with dark spots and bubbles.
i just finished doing it and the results are great. an it is automotive paint. i decided to go with all black and vinyl on the top partof the dash. i will post new pics as son as i get em
