hey i have a q how can i make my engine look nice and shiny i mean, like how do i polish the engine?, any special paint?, any special tool? thanks...
simple-green and a scrub pad/brush
and a good amount of time. if you dont take your time it will come out like crap
i used WD-40, brake parts cleaner, engine degreaser, and compressed air.. then if you really want, paint it (dupli color,high heat, engine enamel paint)

can u use spray high heat paint or do u have to powder coat the block?
Use the High heat primer, then high heat base coat, then high heat clear coat, once the engine is cleaned off, and cooled, ect. i used dupli color stuff, you can get it to withstand 500 degrees and i think it was either 1200 or 1500 degrees as well..
