Hey, same here.
Is it a kinda clicky type noise??
Does it mostly go away when you turn it to higer speeds?

I've decided that on mine there must be a leaf or a piece of plastic or something that is caught or somethin.

If the noise is coming from by the glove box, as the OP stated. Then it's the blower motor. If you want to make sure, then you can unbolt it with the cable still connected to it, and turn it on low. You should hear a squeak, or click like noise. From past experience, and from friends, it's one of the first signs your blower motor could be going out. I have heard it's usually from a bearing starting to come loose and that it just get's worse with time. which is what happened to me lol. Pretty easy item to change, and not very expensive. Since you have the 03 you are probably going to have to deal with plastic rivets. Just cut out some of the plastic and carefully wedge out the blower motor assembly. As long as you remove enough of the head of the plastic rivet, it will come out easily, and without damaging anything. Once that is done, go get yourself a new one, and install it using bolts this time around. Pretty simple.

I have that sound too. It's definitely coming from the blower motor on mine. The sound appears to go away when I turn the fan speed knob to 3 or 4, but I guess that's only because it drowns out the clicking noise then.

Has anyone taken the blower motor out on an 03+? One poster above said to cut the rivet heads off. What about drilling them out? Once I get the rivets out, what kind of bolt would I need?
