Whats the best brand to buy for racin seats?? And whats the deal with the brackets? Can you not use the universal ones they come with or is it a must that you have to modify the originals for your cav? Thanks

if that's the case, there really isn't a "best".

That answer would be base on opinion. I could post up that Tenzo's are what I think are the best, someone else could post up Sparcos, another posts APC, and on, and on, and on....

As far as the quality goes, the addage "You get what you pay for" will hold true.

Get stuffed douschbag, this topic is brought up ATLEAST once a week. Hit search and see how many results come up for "racing seat install", or just "racing seat". Besides, everyone else likes to jump on people's s*it for newbs started repeated topics, so why can't I?!

I'd have to disagree, personally a set of Recaro's would be the best in my book (and most expensive). Other top brand seats are Tenzo and Sparco as said.

I had a set of Corbeau A4s and they were pretty comfy compared to the other brands I have sat in.. also the most expensive though.

In regards to the last 3 posts:

seems like that's holding true.

To the O/P, shop around. If you know some people that have various brands of seats installed, "test drive" them. Then you will know the meaning of the word "best." Each company makes their seats differently. Find out what fits you. Heck, you may find that the generic brand that Jason @ A-Plus sells is best in your book.

That's really the only advice when it comes to asking a question where the answer is based on opinion.

As far as the seat bracket question goes:
