Ok im taking off the center piece of my dash so i can paint it and all the dimmer switch ect wire is going to this one little box. It looks like you can disconnect it but i pulled a little bit and it didn't budge. I dont want screw up the wiring so how do you get it off?
theres a little clip at the top ...try pushing them together then takin a screw driver and pushin down on the clip should come right out
Where the red arrows are, thats the clip part that needs to be pushed down and then the 2 peices will slide apart.

I tried that before and pulled but it didnt work. I guess i should pull harder.
Make sure and get the clip pushed down enough. Sometimes it can be a little tricky to get it down enough so I would recommend using a screwdriver to push it down.
