How to remove plastic pieces by rear seats...

How do I remove the plastic that's beside the rear seats w/o breaking it? It also connects to the sill plates, I need to get it off because I want to run my RCAs/power wire for my amps down there, and I have no idea how to get the darn things off without breaking them!

Thanks guys!

Why dont you just run the wires under the back seat?? Trust me it is a lot easier. To remove the panels you need to remove the back seat (forget how exactly to do it in detail but Im sure it's on here somewhere), coat hangers (use a small screwdriver to pry the center part out) and the seat belt bolt (you will need a t50 star bit socket). Well, I'm not sure about the 02, but I have a 98 and I don't see why it would be any different than mine. It is not too hard, but just more trouble than what it is worth to just run wires behind it imo.

I'm running em behind because I want to make absolutely sure everything is hidden. Since I'm running 3 RCAs and a 2gauge wire, I'm thinking behind a panel is the best route, then have it pop out in the trunk and connect to the amps on the rear seats
