Amps and cross over instet into seat backs.

Hey there guys was wondering if anyone has done this and had any input as to how to do inset my amps and stuff into the back of my back seat. I know it is going to require cutting the sheet metal and all but what about cutting springs??? I will probably get a couple fans put plexi over it all.... when its all said and done to keep em cool... I am worried about the structure of the seats if i cut the sheet metal away.....

anyone i know that did it properly cut the metal opening, then made basically a metal pan the same size and welded it in, this gives you your box for your amp and retains most of the structural integrity of the seat.
