well i found out at work last week that K-Mart will no longer be carrying Krylon Fusion. It was normally priced at $3.99. At my store they are all marked down to $3 right now with the navy blue being $2.50. Theres no guarantee that all the stores have marked them down yet due to most Kmart employees being slack asses, but they have been discontinued. Just thought I'd let anyone on here that is getting ready to paint their interior know that they can get it cheaper then usual at Kmart at the time being.

What you know about Street Racing anyways? Only what Fast & Furious taught us....
SO EVERYTHING!
it looks like crap use automotive paint with a plastic adhesion promoter.... looks so much better and will match your car color. do it right
Can i go to a automotive paint store to get that Clay??
I don't need no stinking SIG. Wait this is one.
DOH!
Krylon owns all. Never had any problems with it when done right.
Krylon Fusion is in my opinion by far the best paint to use on your interior and the gloss white matches my exterior
i work in the kmart here and ours just went on clearence also.
to me its cheap and unprofessional if you will... not saying i am one, but when someone asks what i used i dont want to pipe up and say
"oh yeah i uhhhh went to pep boys, autozone, wal mart, or kmart, etc to get the stuff to paint my interior. It cost me 5 dollars and it looks like it too...."
Or you could be like
"yeah i went up to Blue Ridge Auto Paint, and picked up some Dupont Plasticlean, and some Dupont plastic adhesion promoter. And then i got my paint code off of my car and bought some real f-ing paint.....!"
If done right, I bet you couldn`t tell the difference.

Exactly!!!
If spray paint were designed to be used on vehicles, especially interior where there is alot of wear and tear then how come they dont use it on the exterior of the car?

Every spraypainted inteiror Ive ever seen looked like dogsh1t. Well the fact that it was spray paint or the ownere of the vehicle was a complete retard. Orange peel, waves, fish eyes, all kinds of crap like that. Once you go HVLP youll never go back.
Hense the words "done right"... proper materials, prep work and knowing how to do things such as prep and paint properly certainly help. Using the right sandpaper and in the proper stages makes a big difference.
sndsgood- did you do any sanding? can't really tell from the pic if there's any texture left or not. and what kinda paint did you use, krylon fusion? how did you prep it?
not sure about sandpaper #`s... but I used Krylon primer, and primered quite a few layers on my dash, wetsanded imperfections, added the colour, wetsand, colour, wetsand... wetsand some more, keep working at it until your happy.... oh and add some clear
Mine has come out pretty good I think, sorry no pics... but its a nice smooth gloss black
