Cluster swap problem, yes I searched

Hi everybody, I just did the cluster swap in an auto 99 2.2l no tach car to a 99 z24 cluster with tach. Both digital. I thought that the mileage was stored in the cars computer, however, my new odometer reads 79k and I only have 56K. Is this an easy fix or will I be making a trip to the dealer. Thanks for your help in advance.

youll have to have it done by the dealer , it might be possible that a speedo shop might be able to change it

yup with the 98 and 99 digital odometers the mileage is stored in the cluster itself. gotta go to the dealer to get it fixed. and from what i heard its not cheap.
