How to swap Odometers?
Saturday, August 27, 2005 2:17 PM
Okey, i am trying to figure out how to swap odometers. I took one screw out on the back that holds it in place, but i think i can see 2 more up underneath the stock black fauce gauge. I took the screws off the back of the instrumental cluster which is like a silver cardboard piece. Then the "motherboard" looking thing underneath that i can get to the other screws, but not sure if i should take that part off. Is it safe to take that off?

Isn't there a step by step procedure i seen here a while back on how to do this by any chance? Thanks

well the swap was pretty simple to do. Just had to completely take apart the cluster to get the odometers out. But fairly simple, and what an upgrade a tach is!
