HEADLINER MATERIAL

well i wanted to change my headline in my car to a white one. just had a couple of questions. not on how to do it but on the material. what type of material do i use for the headliner? where might i find it? im thinking about white suede for the headline. if someone can point me out where i can buy good material for the healiner plz let me know. TIA for those who reply.

go to this website...i got my headliner off ebay...so im not sure what size you need but this is the stock material in colors that you want...or like i said you can get the material off ebay...and tell them you want white...but do it yourself on a cavalier is not hard...but since the headliner board has alotta dips and humps...be carefull and do it slow and smooth out the wrinkles...do it on a hot day...itll make it easier..cuz the heat will smooth it out

You can also use vinyl/fabric dye. I dyed my headliner blue and it came out better than i expected. I'll post a pic as soon as my digital camera comes in.

i just threw some fiberglass resin on there and sanded it down and now molding a tv in between my visors

Hit up Jo Ann Fabric, thats where I picked up my headliner fabric and it only cost me about $15. I used 3M Super 77 adheisive. So for about $30 I have a new headliner, if my digi camera wasn't broke, I'd post some pics.

i used marine black vynl. looks just liek leather and feels like it. used 3m 90 spray glue and its lasted 2 summers of 100+ heat. i park in the sun all day long.

i think i used the entire can of it
