Ok so, way back when I first tried to remove my shjift knob, I was unaware that it just pulled right off, and unfortunately, tore it apart some. I was able to super glue the pieces back together, but this INSANE heat we've been having is causing it to start to crumble a bit.
I plan on ordering the B&M Short throw at some point, but I dont know exactly when.. plus I'd like to keep the stock knob since it's not metal and wont scald the @!#$ outta me like the B&M will =P
So yeah.. anyone know where I can find JUST the knob? Dealer only sells it with the shaft as well since it's "pressed on" for more than the B&M will cost me.

I'm getting a new knob under warrenty, my leather is coming off.
i have one laying around on my garage floor along with all the other stock parts ive replaced in the last year
make me a decent offer and its yours

Well.. my car is at 45000+ miles.. so I'm past the <sarcasm> generous </sarcasm> Chevy warrenty. Though I do have a friend that works at one of the Chevy dealers.. I might go ask him if he can hook me up with a shift knob from a totalled out car..

its a stock 04 knob that i yank off when i put in my B&M short shifter.
its black...about an inch or 2 or 3 tall...round...leather in feel....has a 5 speed with reverse pattern on top
just like every other 03+ knob
