Any tips on installing a 4 point harness (already viewed how to install the seats)? I don't have a roll cage or harness bar. Has anyone done this?

My advice is not to do it and, if you're determined to ignore that, then at least don't wear them on the streets or pretty much anywhere you have any remote chance of rolling the car.
You're safer with the stock seatbelts for many reasons.
In order for a harness like that to be effective, you need a proper harness bar AND a roll cage. The harness will not allow your body to fold into the center of the car in the case of a rollover so if that happens and you don't have a cage, you're going to break your neck or lose your head.
