will a 95 Z24 5 spd cluster with digital odometer fit in my 99 cavalier 2.2 5speed with digital odometer please reply quickly... thanks alot...

the one from the 95 isnt digital. so im guessing the ODometer wont work, but if i keep my digital cluster, then when i want to sell the car i can just put it back in eh... who cares if the miles work right.,. i have been wanting one forever. also the one from the 95 has white face guages etc...

If you plan on selling your car to anybody other than a junk yard, don't do it. That's odometer fraud.

the computer stores the miles in 2000+ J's... 99 and under, the odo is kept in the cluster.

Now you can do a cluster swap with the older J's. You just have to find a cluster that has the same type of odo. To CYA when you try to sell your car though, you NEED to have the milage on the new cluster set to the milage on your car Any speedo shop can do that. You'll also need ALL the paperwork the shop gives you for reseting the miles.

is there anyway i can get a different harness and wire it up to fit the new cluster....
