I was wondering if someone could help me with this... I am mounting my PS2 in my glove box and I was wondering if someone has a picture of this I can not find one. or if anyone else has ideas how to mount it?
just lay it in there and run the wires up throught the access hole for the airbag support (the one you go through in the top of the box to undo two bolts to get the dash cover off)... trust me, no need to screw it down or anything.. it just barely fits.. eats the entire glovebox with just enough room on top to hold a couple of videogame/dvd cases. thats what i did with mine anyway....
Tim we all know thats not a PS2 in your glovebox! Long time no see!
Anyways YEa it should slide right in there if you wana clean it up for show JUst make a Faceplate outa plastic or MDF even and wrap it! easy to do!
Yea that is what i saw someone do, Made a mdf rectangle to hug the front of the ps2, i would probly scure the bottom with some kind of hinge and the top with maybe some kind of latch or one of those push in latches, proly run an air canal to and from it so it doesnt over heat.

get a slimline ps2....those things are tiny ! a smidge bigger than a dvd case
mine fits in my glove box perfectly. a cut a small section out of the back so i can run the wire out behind the glove box and under the carpet to the power invertor. then i drilled 4 holes in the bottom. if you look on the bottom of the ps2 there are little square. take them off and there are screws in there take the screws out and use a slightly longer screw. then to insure it was not going anywhere i had double sides tape on the bottom. mine doesnt even skip over bumps

I have my PS2 in the glove box, no skips, just sitting in there with the power inverter slid in above it, holds it solid and I didn't cut holes anywhere to run wiring..
The slim PS2 is not a good idea, yeah its small puts top loading, no slid out tray so it ends up being the same size if not bigger
yeah i cut a little bit of the back left corner out and it's been a real clean fit since no skipping either, I put my power converter in the center consul for easier access just in case I want to plug something else in..
whats the easiest way to hook up a ps2 in my car, i dont have money for a headuint with a screen so i want to get a screen and hook it up to my sound system and the ps2, i really wanted to put it in my dash... any help or pictures or how to's would be great
