ok here are some progress pics of a sunfire dash that i am working on for someone. i promised some picture updates, so i thought i would share them with the whole .org too. im not going to say who this belongs to, but if that person so wishes to let everyone in on the secret, thats fine by me

what i did was shaved the two small defroster vents on the sides and the airbag. i also cut out the center vents to make it one long opening, then filled it in too. the owner has something special planned for that space.

now before anyone says that i am doing all of this wrong by using body filler to shave everything...trust me..its not going to crack. why? because after its wrapped in carbon fiber and the resin is applied it is hard as a rock. trust me on this....ive done a few already w/o any problems.

anyway....here we go.















and here is a cav dash that is COMPLETELY shaved.....its also for a .org member. i owed him an update too
