i have a 99 cav z24 and was wondering if i was to swap in a 95-02 sunfire interior if the gauge cluster i have will work with the sunfires ( i highly doubt it will) but im hoping that someone can shed some light on this for me

No it won't, the 95-99 Cav cluster size was unique, and doesn't fit very well in other dashes.
