i have a 04 sunfire that was rear ended and a 99 sunfire blown motor. both are 2 door automatcs. i read online how to swap the 04 2.2 ecotec into the 99 body style so im gonna do that. what i wanna know is since i have to completly pull the interior out of both to swap over the wiring and computers, can i put the 04 interior int he 98? i think it would look awesome. im even swaping the front end over to the 04

It will almost all swap without any issue just remove and replace.

The rear seat backrest though from 04 to 99 isn't worth the effort though unless you REALLY want to cut and weld to put the latches and all in for the split seat.


Oh and the shifters need to be swapped, they did some slight change over and you can't use the 99 with 00+ even though it's the same trans.
