I dislike this poor copy of a 90's camaro steering wheel in my Cavalier
can I pull a 03-05 Ecotech steering wheel that looks similar to this
and put it in place of my old one without modification(or at least serious)
Will my Airbags work?

If I recall correctly the only way to swap to a 03+ wheel is to swap the entire steering column. I believe it was because they changed the spline count on the 03+ columns.
1995-2003.5 are the same. 2003.5-2005 are the same.
On the inside my car looks like a fighter jet.
