Everytime i would go driving, the inside of my trunk would start to fill with snow.

LOL! Thats a lot of snow coming in there! I would take of that immediately if it were me. You can probably find that missing part from a local junk yard or Craigslist "part-out" vehicle.
you might be missing a rear wheel well liner too. I totaled my car so I can send you this piece if you pay for shipping. may be a week or so before I can get it to you as my car isn't at my house anymore.
