I was wondering how to remove the interior pieces under the shifter and between the front two seats? trying to repaint this but only saw one bolt....anyone know where the others are hiding? thanks guys.
My 02 has 1 up front under the hvac area just past the cup holders, 1 under the window switches (or the little rectangle cup if you have cranks) and 2 in the console under the cover.

do you mind going into a little more detail? still cant seem to find them. I have a 98 basemodel, and I do have crank windows
There are bolts inside the console armrest. All the way at the bottom. 8mm heads, IIRC.
I don't recall there being any under the trim piece in the middle on the 95-99, but it's possible.
Also, are you talking about a Cavalier or Sunfire?

Just pull really hard till it comes out and then you should be able to find the bolts easier
plus when you get a replacement for your now broken one you'll know right where all the bolts are
