Just picked up a 98 base model cavalier coupe for my girlfriend to commute with to work, its a nice car, drives good and seems to be well taken care of. Car only has 100k on it. Ive worked on and driven a lotttt of these cars over the years and they always seem to have weird dash or interior rattles. This one though is by far the worse I have EVER seen/heard. Anyone know where to check first? I mean it sounds like the dash is ready to fall out of this thing the minute you accelerate.
