My new blower motor had no new hardware to bolt it in place. If you've changed yours out, what did you use to install it? Mine is a 2003 cavalier. Thanks.
Just reuse the bolts and foam off ur old one. Also some u need to reuse the cage on. other then that i never seen one come with new bolts.
The motor is held in by rivets that have to be drilled out.
I have the motor and cage assembly already.
I think ur talking about the Heat Strikes, and those are to be chiseled off, but there should be screws or nuts behind there. Or at least you chisel those rivets out, and just use some some screws to reinstall the motor. It is weird I never knew the 03+ blower motors were riveted in. Hmm, interesting.
