I'm a mechanicly inclined person, and this is my second sunfire. But my first vert. I'm 6'3" and on my hard top, I had a seatbelt holder that held my seat belt up around shoulder height. In my new vert, there is nothing on the seat to hold the seatbelt up and it doesn't fit me good. Is there any reason that they didnt put the same seat in the vert as they do in the hardtop? other than the seatbelt holder, they seem to be the same seat.

the position of the belt on top.. make its really hard for the belt to retract back.. thats the problem i had when i had the loop on my camaro seats. which i took off because of the belt. if you want to sit lower id suggest looking into some camaro seats
