ok so i have a radio with a ipod hook up so it has the cable to plugs into the ipod. so i was thinkin of takein the white thing that comes with ur ipod when u buy it. and cuttin out the bottom of the change holder and fiberglassin it in with the cable so itd be like a mini ipod dock. has anyone attempted this? would this work?

ive seen tons of cars that have integrated ipod docs in them. it will work if you do it right.

Take lots of pictures and videos throughout the process, from the very beginning to the very end.

really, if your good at cutting, just cut the hole in the change holder to the exact size, slide the mount in and use silicone on the backside to secure the connector to the change holder. quick, easy, and easier to cut silicone off to get your cord back if things change. problaby reallly wont need to use fiberglass at all if u take your time cutting the hole.
