what gauge setups are you running.

I'm thinking about putting a 3 gauge pod on the pillar and filling it with gauges to better monitor what my car is doing.

I'm thinking vaccum, oil pressure and possibly volts or an air/fuel. I took for granted being able to monitor all this stuff with my truck.

I'm trying to figure out what's best to run.pics would be sweet too.

Im running boost, EGT, oil preasure, volt, narrow band, and a wideband. When I was n/a I was running volt, oil preasure and a narrow band. Oil preasure is a good one to have

Mine are useless... except for my water temp

Water Temp
Voltage
Amp Temp
Air/Fuel Ratio

If I you want it to be functional go with Oil Pressure, Water Temp and Voltage or another gauge of your choice.

Oil pressure, fuel pressure, vacuum/boost, wideband. Egt is a good one to have too.

in the process of trying to run oil pressure, water temp , narrowband a/f ratio, and fuel press. So far: FAIL

Boost and oil pressure right now... my 3rd slot is a blank. One day a wideband will be there.

I highly over looked gauge is oil temp. I have oil pressure, oil temp, and narrowband air/fuel.Also depends on what you have performance wise. Boosted should have a wideband air.fuel gauge

Im thinking about running Oil pressure, and vaccum/windband in a dual a pillar pod in the future.

now i've got a good question, i have triple gauge and i have a volt/oil pressure and water temp, but how do you hook up the oil pressure gauge while leaving the original stock oil pressure sending unit in, i've read on different threads on the net that on the exhaust valve port there is a little hole facing the passenger side of he vehicle, i've found it but it doesnt come out from the hole (the little screw/plug in the hole) now from everything i've tryed ( on a wreckers vavle port ) i've been unable to get it out...... maybe could some1 show pictures or explain how to pull this screw/plug

From left to right:
AeroForce Interceptor gauge
AEM Wideband
Cyberdyne digi volt gauge

On dash-left to right:
Shift light
Oil pressure gauge
Fuel pressure gauge

On steering column:
Narrow band a/f gauge since replaced with boost gauge

Yellow and green indicator lights are a custom feature I added for added knowledge of what's going on.
The yellow light is for my radiator fan as it lets me know it's on.
The green indicator is/ was for my amp turn on which told me the bass amp was on. Nothing like leaving your manually switched bass amp on overnight to have a dead battery the next morning.

The AeroForce gauge is pretty much one of the most important gauges you can get for your car. It does everything you can think of and a must have for any car enthusiast.
Worth every penny.

And yeah, I know, it's a heck of a cluttered look on the dash but being stealth isn't what I wanted. Like Tinkles mentioned, I want quick access to knowing what my engine is doing when needed.
Good luck with your project.

Not at all. Its a summer car only. Plus I removed the a/c, not much need for it here. The only reason it even has heat is for those cooler nights and to defrost in case it fogs up from rain. Otherwise Id do away with that as well.

Best I have from when I owned the car.
T-B - Boost / Vac, Volts and Oil Pressure. All GlowShift. Decent gauge for the price of them.

Wanted a wideband, but was out of the budget.

Im selling all my gauges actually to swap them out for bigger ones. right now i have Autometer Phanton II's Boost gauge, EGT gauge, and Oil Pressure gauge, all electronic, all full sweep. they are white during the day, and then they are black at night and the letters all light up to be white is all. love them but want bigger!
