Hey guys, I'm in the process of building a custom center console for my 99 cav and was wondeing if anyone knew where I could get the deminsion for the stock console. I don't have the old one out yet and its a pain trying to messure it.
There's only four bolts holding it in, took me maybe a minute to take mine out
what did you use to get the pin out of the shifter??

Small flathead screwdriver works well. Just put the ebrake on, put the shifter all the way back to '1' and stick the tip behind it, gently pry. and voila, you can pull the bastid off.
