Hello everybody, my GF has a 2003 Cavalier LS Sport and various parts of the upper dash pad are peeling away,maybe too hot in summer, idk. its coming apart top of instrument cluster and around pass airbag. Anybody else have this problem?

actually i have never heard about this being an issue.. quite surprised it isnt knowing gm's craptastic dash reputation.

good news is there are hunreds of thousands of wrecked cavaliers in junk yards around the country.

I was freaked when i started noticing all the little broken pieces in my "new" car... $25 and a junkjard let me go to town and take anything/everything plastic...

Thats usually the big difference... an "auto recycling" yard sell used parts as their business, but you can find great deals nonetheless...

whereas a real junk or scrap yard is only interested in the metal.. they could care less about plastic, glass, odds and ends etc as its not worth anything to them...
