Yes you can,Go to a wrecker and get to power mirrors and the switch, and pull the wiring harness and install into your car,Its that easy...And no our cars do not come pre-wired for it,But a easy enough job.

Easy? I don't think so... the mirrors are part of the body harness, if you want to swap the entire body harness, you'll have to gut the entire interior except for the dash. I've done it, and it's a pain in the arse.

Plus feeding the wiring into the doors... not fun, and I've got a 4 door. All to add factory power locks and mirrors.... I'll never do it again.

i did it. just make your own harness. all i did was cut the harness at each mirror, leaving enough wire to extend it later on. use a switched power from your fuse box under you dash. the hardest part was snaking the wires through the rubber grommet in the doors.

Sorry my bad,Yes i was incorrect about the harness, was thinking something else there...But running wires through the boot I have never found it to hard to do..

coat hanger ...run it thorugh...tape the wire to it...pull it through...OR you can try to stick a string in the grommet and blow it through with compressed air...may not work because of the area though....
