Ok heres the issue, This the second time I broke the teeth on my window regulator (manual), The first time I just got another door from the auto wreckers, Easy replacement. Now I am in the same problem again, the Halfmoon gear teeth broke again. I am wonder if the manual regulator includes the halfmoon gear? Or would some one have a GM # for this item?

I don't have a part number or anything nor do I have any info to help you in your quest to repair your manual windows, but I suggest going to a junk yard and getting the regulators/motors, switches and connectors and hook up some power windows. It's not hard and it's so much more convenient. I know I got sick of leaning across the car to roll down my windows all the time so I swapped mine over years ago. Never had a problem with them.

Thanks for the input, I think I am gonna have to get a new one off E bay, Cause I dont want to have to keep replacing this part over and over.
