well on mine. the passengers side has a lil black clip keeping the seat from sliding around. Its between the seat and frame. so the seat will have to be down to get to it. and then you just have to lift the seat to match the hole on the drivers side and it should slide out. the hole looks like a minus sign with a round hole in the middle. but my car is a coupe not a vert.......soo i dunno if its any different

Thanks, that worked for the seat back but I still cant figure out how to get the bottom part of the seat out.
under the seat in the front there are 2 clips that hold the bottom down. |____..__________..____| < spaced kinda like that the .. is that clips

Do the clips just come off?
on the bottom part they are kinda like a hook thing
you either have to squeeze them or push on one side and they will come off...pull up on the foam and you will be able to see them (they're black)

just pull it up..
When I took out mine, I lifted it up, and the metal loop on the bottom of the seat lifted out of the plastic brackets, which stayed in the mount..if that's the case then just get a flat head screwdriver in those plastic pieces and they should pop right out as well. Should take like 5 minutes total.

my bottom piece was the same way. except the drivers side of the back seat doesnt like to lock into place. and i have a '97 z
Ya, there's a place for a flathead screwdriver. Just push and it'll pop.
