This stuff is great, you form the shape then place into the light. it gets hard, then you add more.

Yep, its cool stuff, I've used it at their shop, this was several months before the product was released, and there site is under going constrution at the moment.
We made a carb top hat? sharp corners under flat and curves on top.
looks like ud need to layer the hell outta it to make something strong enough for like a sub enclosure, like, call me stupid but im not too confident that thing could withstand even 1 half decent sub without putting obscene amounts of material on lol. I could see it being prime for cosmetic stuff tho like dashes and trim
Of course you'll need to layer it. One layer of fiberglass wont hold up to subs either.

Correct it is used as a first layer. The reason is you can mold it into or around shapes, before resin is added. It makes the starting of custom work more simple.
