There are like 2 or 3 members on here with the tc wheels...use the search box but i believe the center hole has to be bored out a lil if I am not mistaken.

Not unintentionally accelerating since 2009!!!!

Yes you will need to bore them out to fit the J hubs.

Just get them bored out it'll cost you around the same as some hub spacers
