what are the cheapest 17 wheels available, any steelies....I found some cheap drag radials but im not sure I want to run them on my car all the time.

then you may find a set for under 100 if your looking just for two.

To bad you are I'm MD. I just picked up a set of 17s from Craigslist that I had just bought for the tires on them, if you were closer I would have given them to u on the free.
Check your local classifieds and CL. I got a set of cheap aluminum rims with 17" kumho tires with under 100mi (the knobby things aren't even fully gone yet) for $100
