TOk as some of you guys know I bought an FI BTL 15 and ordered a locker zx2500.1 from dealer cost car audio. Long story short I had to file a complaint with the better business bureau because they would not send me the product nor refund my money. So after I filed the complaint online I thought I would "check out their business". Well turns out they have a bbb eating of f and roughly 638 complaints have been filed against them. The scary part is after reading through numerous complaints, it seemed that about 85% of the complaints were the same as mine- they took the customers money and never senythe product. Now normally I would never publicly bash on a company but I don't consider this bashing. I'd you're looking at buying ANYTHING. Mobile audio related, DO NOT BUT from dealer cost car audio. History gas proven that they will probably just take your money and stop talking to you until you file a complaint . Just wanna give everyone a heads up
