As the title states, does anyone make a 225x40x18 drag radial or autocross tire?

They are Nitto tires with a 100 treadwear.

Well that remains to be seen, I have seen folks run 16" & 17" tires at the strip and not snap axles so why do you think I'll break axles?

Cause there is no give with the side wall size on an 18', your going to get wheel hop and snap an axle or blow your diff.

Well I doubt that because before some mods I run 18x7.5 Riax Secas with 225x40x18 Kumho Ecstas' and the car didn't wheelhop with Tein SS's and stock control arms, bushings and diff.
Now I have an OBX LSD, 99 GAGT aluminum a-arms with poly bushings, N-body spindles addco 26mm sway bars strut braces etc so I don't think it will wheelhop.
Boosted 2point4 has an OBX LSD in his 489whp turbo Z24 and I've seen video of his car and it doesn't wheelhop on Hoosier drag radials, but we'll see if you guys are right or wrong.

Not sure on his case, but i was looking into it for brake clearance issues on mine. 18's i had previous years barely cleared my brakes when i was setting them up.
