ive always wanted the rota d2's, they are 5x100 17x7.5 with a 48 offset. i know im gonna need spacers but my question is will i be alright using the 8mm spacers to bring the wheel out to 40mm? thats what im running on my 18x8 msrs wheels but 40mm is the offset that they come with.
HEEEEEEEEEEERE are the wheels that im looking at. also yes i noticed that the hub bore is 10mm to small i have a machine shop that can take care of that if i even need to with the 8mm spacers. any help is appreciated i finally have enough for the wheels and just wanna make sure that im good to go. my friend is running some rota tourques same size with 8mm spacers on his srt and he told me id be good but i wanted to get some input on here first, thanks!
I had 18x7.5 with a 45mm offset, only rubbed on the passenger side inner fender at full lock.
So my vote goes to either trying them first and odds are the 3mm wont make a difference, or get a small spacer.
thanks for the input, i just wanted to make sure that they would go on at least with a small spacer so i wouldnt waste the 700 dollars on em.

The wheels I traded for from BoostedEcos and the name/type of them are in my reg. They are acutally a knock off of the SSR Professors and I love them. I will post more pics for you in this tread later tonight.
