yeeeea dawg some1 fo sho be ridin on duece duece's in da rear yo

If you can do all of this below, mad props to you!

cutting the rear axle down

pieced back together with 3.5 inches cut out the middle

welded in crossmember and swing arm bolted back in with new mounting tabs

cut out for wheel tub with stablizer bar welded inside trunk

wheel tub welded in

with lower bag mount in

bag mounted in place

another bag shot

Nissan pickup shocks added

dropped on 22s

So yes it can be done, it's very hard, not something your everyday Joe can accomplish. Takes a lot of fabrication and balls.

Have fun!

I saw the one with 22's in the rear already, I did search. Maybe I should have been more clear, I meant 22's front and rear.

Honestly if you have to ask, you probably shouldn't be doing it....

its gonna be really hard to do it in the front to make everything look good. your gonna have to probably tub the front too and move @!#$ around in the bay unless you just wanna lift it and make it a donk

pointless unless its going to be a trailer queen. there will be no driveability left in it, and thats alot of work just to be "different".

I'll bite
Hate it all you want, it wont be a trailer queen, 20's front 22's rear
Front is minitubbed for 8.5' wheel, rear is tubbed and independant rear for 22x10.5

Now with northstar V8, IRS, 20's n 22's

I wish i had a pic of it because theres a couple of cavaliers down here on 22's probably the ugliest things in the world if you ask me but then again they all have lifts on them and look nothing like 1997ztwo4 cavy (amazing)

next time i see one i take a pic and post.. ..

oh btw when i say down here i meant south florida

Yeah, I just don't get the donk thing. IIRC, there's a green cav somewhere with 24's on it, and it just looks stupid IMO.
