Since your new here I'll give you a heads up. Your not going to get too many nice replies if you don't at least try to search for your answers first. This topic has been discussed uncountable times.
if you get a wheel adapter they will.
Im a Xbox 360 fanboy...and damn proud of it!!

cobaltSS has the new and unfortuately rare 5x110mm bolt pattern. The answer to a direct swap is no. Hub swap? Probably a lot of work, but if its worth it to you to have heavy but nice looking factory wheels, go for it.
Even if the SS wheels did fit, why would you want to put a wheel and tire on your car that weighs 52 lbs each?

x2
***Looking for a BLUE 03+ STOCK cavi wing pm me if ya got one you wanna sell***
The SRT-4 rims will fit no mods needed and the best size tire for that would be a 225/45/r17
Every time you buy an import an American goes hungry.
ya and imo the srt-4 rims look alot better than the ss rims the ss rims look like chrome man-hole covers and probably weigh just a much

Would the 18" SS chrome rims fit on a 2002 cavalier?

All J Bodies use the same bolt pattern.
christ how many times will it be asked
cobalt = 5x110
cavalier/sunfire = 5x100
right, as if 5X100 was weak or something
the ss is so mad tyte torquey yo that it needs a BIG bolt pattern.
Riddle me this... riddle me that...
^^^Likley, it was to match what the rest of the GM cars were doing to save manufacturing costs. I believe the Grand am, G6, Grand prix, GTO, and G8 are all 5x110.
I could be wrong, though.

they have in common is that their country is run by a bunch of fargin iceholes.
All of GM's small, maybe midsize, cars are going to 5x110. GTO is/was 5x120, G8 is 5x120 too.
so saturn ion redline rims are out of the question for an 04 cavalier

are you @!#$ serious? did this thread just explain that 5x110
is not the same as 5x100

lol I really hope that was a joke post.
I think there needs to be an auto-ban or something when someone brings up the cobalt/ion wheels fitting on a J. People seriously need to do a little work and research the bolt patterns or something instead of being lazy and making another post about the same dead topic.
But then again its the .org, we should be used to people not reading stickies or doing searches. C'mon now.
calm the F*** down. we need to have an auto ban for lil girls that bitch to much. its a forum. get used to it.

haha okay i was just kidding there. but for real i like those gun metal ion rims. think those would look sick on my car. and still kinda keep it authentic..........

ion wheels are 5x110. jbodies are 5x100. its not hard to figure out. yes they may look sweet but they will not fit and no i would not get adaptors so you can make a heavy ass stock wheel fit. if you like the look of the wheel, try to find a company that makes a wheel similair to it.

I used to have an SS and a cavalier tried puting my aftermarket 18s on my balt. No dice. I know first and and not just computer research(not saying thats bad). SRT-4 wheels do fit, i put my buddies on my cavalier before, i know that first hand as well. lol. Case closed?
