I am Looking around at Some Different rims and i know that i can fit 17 inch rims. Is it Possible to Fit 18 inch Rims? Would i Have to to something to make them fit? I Drive a 2001 Chevy Cavalier sedan(Base Model). I am thinking of going with the Motegi Mr7 (silver) or Motegi Dpk (Hyper Black).

I don't think that will be a problem,
you can fit 20's, it will just all depend on if you are lowered and what the offsets are, I think there is alot of into in the stickies that will help with your search.
if 18's, something like a 18x7.5 with maybe a 42 offset will be ok,
I am sure others will fit too, but I don't know.
Right now my suspension is all stock and probably will remain stock.

yes 18s fit fine any GOOD tire dealer or rim shop will be able to set up the perfect tire for u. when u get tires just get them so they are maybe a little wider then stock and no higher then stock cause any bigger diamiter then u thro off ur speedo and od.easiest thing go to a local tire rim shop and tell them u want 18s with rubber for ur cavalier they should have no problem doing so if they have issues fitting them then just walk out cause they are idiots.
I am thinking about going with 18x8 Motegi Dpk(hyper Black) with 225/40r18 Tires. I don't want the rim size to be to small and the tires to be to thin, because i want to get as much ground clearance as possible, because i will probably have my Bomex Body kit on when i get the rims.

Ya I got 18x8.5 215 40 18 on goldline springs about a 2in drop and the 18's look and fit perfect. Not one problem. Im about to go 19's real soon..... If your going to keep the susp. stock then go with a nice 19in wheels and you will be happy.... enjoy

you said your worried about clearance ?. wont be a problem even with your kit. but once you put 18"s on your car its gonna looks retarded big time.. just my opinion.
lowered with 18s > stock height with 18s
lowered with 18's.........now thats more like it..good luck with your decision!!
ClassGlass / RkSport / Eibach / Motegi / Ractive / Borla / K&N
I have 19x7.5 and have had no issues.
2000 Cavalier soon to be a boost tard!
Instead of spending that kind of cash, look into AGX adjustable struts, Eibach Pro kit springs, and maybe something smaller, like 16's or 17's.
16/17's + lowered > 18's stock ride height
