stock size high for 17in rims?

buying a set of Team Dynamic motorsports 17in from Chris Fontana. Was wondering what size tire to get to keep the stock high(so I dont have to pay extra to get my spedo changed). Anyone able to help? 03 Cav 4dr with these tires on right now P195/70SR-14 FIRESTONE WINTERFORCE
