So I got a set of these with my recent 04 cav purchase. I just wanted to let everyone know DEFINITIVELY that the hub bore needs to be machined...it is too small on a factory TC wheel. However, what I have found is that exactly 57.1mm is slightly small. I had the machine shop go to 57.1mm 0.5" deep, and i can just barely weasel the things onto the hub. They do fit, but I am sure they will rust to the hub and require a rubber mallet to remove down the road. BTW, let me know if i got ripped, the machine shop charges 60dollars/hr, and it came to 150 bucks to machine all four wheels. Does that sound right?
I'll post pics when i get tires mounted and clean them up....they are nastily curbed and im trying to sand and polish the lip a little to clean it up.
thats about right. ive seen some places charge 50 bucks a wheel
Putting anti-seize on the hub/wheel bore might help.

This worked wonders!! I sanded the rust off of the hub and added a little ordinary anitseize, and the things slid right on!!
I'm guessing they will come off easy too.
Please see my post in P&M for the results!
yup, toyotas are 54.3 i believe.

just don't get the anti-sieze on the studs or nuts, it can actually make the lug nut loosen, or on the opposite end of the spectrum can affect torque
