So my tires are almost due to be changed and I'd like to have your comments or review on these two brand and model of tires

well I can get the gen for 560 $
and also I would have to pay customs also on ebay wich would come at about de same price that if I buy them in Canada !

Regardless, if you do a search on here, a lot of people don't care for the neogens. I'd probably go with the Falken's out of those two.
I have Falken Ziex 512's on mine, love 'em, pretty sticky, handle well. Not the quietest tire though. They look good too.
i'll buy the neogen's after all heard good comments on them and for 30 $ more than the falken they are a bit more "sportier"

I'm on my second set of Falken Ziex 512's. I'm very happy with them as a street tire. They take lots of abuse fairly well. They also have a piece of rubber that extends past your wheels to prevent curbage.
Ive had the neo-gens for 2 years now ...... and in my opinion, they are only good on dry or slightly damp pavement... they grip like no other
they absolutely suck balls in the rain and snow though.... and they hydro-plane more than any tire ive ever seen
with the 225/45/17 Neo Gens I get FAR better wet weather traction thn the OEM 14's, night and day difference, dry weather they have awsome traction. Never drove them in the snow.

you dont wanna use them in the snow trust me
well I don't plan to use them in the snow ! I got winter tires for a reason !!
