ok i just got my new set of 18 wheels and tires for my 04 cavy, now i wanna now what do i need to do im planning to take them to get them installed profesionally on my car
but besides what else do ineed to do or just that, what is neede to do on a car after u install new wheels and tires
You might need some tuner lugs depending on the wheels, but any professional installer should be able to find those. The new wheels and tires probably need a balancing. Old wheels off. New wheels on. After that, all you need to do is drive.

yep i bought some new lugs and that from the website i bought the wheels and tires they are gorilla brand or stlike that
so after they put the tires and wheels they will balance them
i mean does it come with the installation or not
who is "they" first all? usually when you get tires mounted they will balance them too. it cost me 15 bucks a rim to get the tires mounted and balanced. i hope the lugs you got were 12x1.5. your going to need hub centric rings too.
Bagged is right about hub rings -- I forgot to mention those -- 57.1mm inner diameter, and the proper outer diameter for your wheels as dictated by the manufacturer. Also a good point that if you bought the tires pre-mounted mounted on the rims, they should already be balanced. As for what your installer includes, you'd have to ask. With lugs and hub rings, and a good tire iron, and a jack and jack stands -- changing a tire is one of the few service procedures I actually trust myself to do on my car. It should be a cheap and simple procedure, especially for a "professional".
It sounds like you have the general idea of what's involved, but I figure it can't hurt to link to Wild Weasle's
guide on the topic.
